Well not "us."  We're not suing over candy bars.  But someone in the State of Florida is.

According to this CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, Hershey's should pay untold sums of money for tricking people into buying pumpkin themed chocolate treats without a pumpkin face on them.   According to the complaint, Hershey's "Peanut Butter Pumpkins product contains no carvings for the eyes and mouth."

Making matters worse, Hershey's is accused of doing this nefarious deed with other products, like making a football candy that looks like an egg.  People have been so upset about this that they've apparently started posting videos on YOUTUBE.

Admittedly, we're not candy bar legal experts, so we don't know how this case will play out.  We wonder if there are emotional distress damages that might be claimed here.
