Well, another celebrity has been arrested for DUI.  This time, it's Tiffany Haddish.  You can find reporting on this arrest HERE.

Ms. Haddish had a prior DUI pending when arrested for this one.  In Washington DC, multiple charges are often combined into a global resolution (one case).  In Virginia, they tend to remain totally separate cases.

Of course, Ms. Haddish is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.   If we practiced in California where this arrest occurred, we'd ask her to let us defend her.  But we aren't.  So we can't.
