Yes, this is legal news.

Mr. Beast just lost a court battle over his Deez Nuts chocolate bar.  The reason:  another company called Dee's Nuts filed suit and claimed that it was too confusing.  According to REPORTS, a judge agreed.

YouTube fans everywhere will undoubtedly be sad that they can no longer put Deez Nuts in their mouths.  But Dee's Nuts are still available for the job if you have the desire.  

DEEZ NUTS, the former presidential candidate, does not appear to have commented on this matter.
