As between police and firefighters, we never can quite remember which is the bold and the brave.  

In Arlington, Virginia, according to REPORTS allegedly a DUI driver hit some firefighters on the 95 freeway.  

We've done cases where the bold (or is it the brave?) have been in harms way due to an alleged drunk driver.  When this happens, prosecutors can go pretty hard.  Whenever injuries occur in DUI cases, the need for quality defense goes way up.
