It's always scary to go to trial, especially when you're facing felony charges.

Just this week we went to a jury trial against the US Attorney's Office on multiple gun charges for our client.  This case involved scientific evidence involving DNA and fingerprinting.  We rejected all plea offers and took this to trial.  

The verdict:  NOT GUILTY on all counts.

We called an expert witness for the defense, and were able to show the jury that the government had not proved our client was guilty of anything.

If it wasn't a snow day today, we'd be celebrating yet another acquittal.  Instead, we're plowing snow.
