According to this REPORT, some kind of disturbance involving flare guns occurred at this Arlington address.  A man who wrote uncharitable internet posts about white people lives at the house, and reportedly his name is James Yoo.  Media reports that shots (not flares) were also fired.

We don't yet know if the explosion was caused by the flare gun, but here's a question:  who has a flare gun anymore?
