According to this REPORT, this Labor Day more Virginia law enforcement will be on the roads ready to arrest you if they think you're driving under the influence.  

This is part of a nationwide "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign that runs through Labor Day. Over 130 Virginia law enforcement agencies will be participating.  We're sure this includes Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, and Prince William police.  

Convictions for DUIs in Virginia can result in a one year loss of license, the installation of an initiation interlock, fines, and jail time.
