It's a tough time to be a politician.

According to this REPORT, State Senator Mike Maroney was charged with a DUI last week after being hit with an indecent exposure charge in August. 

"...the repeated legal entanglements surrounding Senator Maroney have brought discredit to the West Virginia Senate”, said Ethan Moore, chairman of the Monongalia County Republican Executive Committee. That's why he has been asked to resign.
