We know a think or two about Stafford County.  They don't play with DUIs.

According to this REPORT, a South Carolina man has been arrested and charged with DUI and attempted murder.  Police allege that the man intentionally hit a motorcycle while driving drunk.

If you wonder why DUIs are serious in Virginia, this case is one reason why.  We have no idea how the prosecution will try to prove that the suspect intentionally tried to hit other motorists, but clearly they're going to take a shot at it.  If they prevail in Stafford, don't be surprised if Fairfax, Arlington, and Alexandria follow suit when pursing DUI charges.
