According to this REPORT, an American will be extradited from France to face charges for sexually assaulting a college student in Pennsylvania. The suspect's alleged crimes occurred 2013.

This happened, apparently, after he posted messages to the alleged victim that stated "So I raped you."

Apparently. the suspect has been wanted since 2021 on a felony warrant.  It appears that the suspect had been living in France for some time prior to arrest.
