FUN FACT:  while everyone is presumed innocent of their charges, that doesn't mean you're presumed innocent if you're trying to get out of jail on bond.

According to this REPORT, a 34 year old man got arrested for DUI 4th just days before Christmas.  He was also charged with driving revoked, reckless driving, obstruction and driving after forfeiture of license.

Given the priors, we're not surprised to hear that the driver was denied bond.  DUI 3rd can be charged as felony in Virginia, by the way.
