According to this REPORT, a man was arrested in Virginia for a DUI after a police officer spotted the man waving on the roadway. The driver displayed bloodshot and glassy eyes, and the officer detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from the vehicle. Further inspection revealed two young children, ages 2 and 4, were in the vehicle, along with two adults who were unlicensed.
