Hayden Haynes, chief of staff to House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.), was arrested following President Donald Trump's address to Congress on Tuesday night, officials confirmed. He was charged with Driving Under the Influence (DUI) after allegedly hitting a parked car shortly before midnight.
According to this REPORT, a police report indicated that Haynes hit a Capitol vehicle around midnight and that he was arrested and released with a citation to appear in court.
Allegedly, he celebrated before the speech ended.
