A man is facing several charges after he allegedly crashed his car into a yard while driving drunk on Wednesday night in Stafford County. Once on the scene, the responding deputy discovered the disabled car near a tree and the driver stumbling through the snow.

According to this REPORT, he was charged with destruction of property, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content between .15 and .2, drinking while driving, and driving without a license. All of these after the deputies learned that the driver had started drinking around noon and admitted to drinking two vodka cranberries.
