Virginia State Troopers patrol Fairfax County for DUIs.  Sometimes they find a suspect.  Sometimes a suspect finds the the trooper.

According to this REPORT, a trooper Fairfax was investigating a DUI when another driver hit struck the trooper's car.  The trooper suspected that driver of a DUI, and two arrests were made.

It will be interesting to see how the trooper deals with two cases on the same scene.  We have ideas on how we would defend this.
