According to this REPORT, The Fairfax County Police Department charged a man after he reportedly struck and killed an 80-year-old woman while he was driving in Oakton.

A Ford F-150 struck 80-year-old Choon Kook, of Vienna, after she entered the crosswalk. Police said the driver was trying to make a turn into the Shopping Center when they hit her. They took Kook to the hospital, where she died. 

Weeks after charging 72-year-old Walter Bozarth, of Maryland, there was a failure to yield to a pedestrian. He was served a summons and released.
