Police arrested an 18-year-old man in connection to a crash that left one dead in Tara-Leeway Heights on Saturday, according to this REPORT. 

The medics immediately began treating a passenger from the vehicle, who was suffering from life-threatening injuries. Then he was taken to the hospital, where he died. 

Investigators determined that alcohol was a factor in the crash, as a result, officers arrested the driver, charging him with DUI/Involuntary Manslaughter and Breath/Blood Test Refusal. He is being held without bond in the Arlington County Detention facility.
